9.2. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the software, systems, and technical capability required to access and use digital products.

9.3. You are responsible for reviewing and contextualising any purchased resources for your own operational, compliance, learner, qualification, or delivery requirements where applicable.

9.4. You remain responsible for how resources are implemented, modified, contextualised, or used within your organisation.

10. Returns and Refunds

10.1. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available for change of mind once products have been delivered or access has been provided.

10.2. Refunds may be considered where:

  • the wrong product was supplied
  • a duplicate payment was made
  • a product was not delivered due to an issue on our side
  • the supplied product is materially different from its description

10.3. Any refund request must be made within a reasonable time and include sufficient details for us to assess the claim.

11. Superseded or Updated Resources

11.1. From time to time, training products, qualifications, units, or compliance requirements may change.

11.2. Where a purchased resource is later superseded, any replacement, update, discount, or repurchase option will be determined in accordance with our applicable policy, product terms, or offer in place at the time.

11.3. The reference policy for the comparable site states that equivalent superseded resources may receive free updates according to schedule, while non-equivalent resources may require repurchase with an existing-customer discount.

11.4. Unless expressly stated, we do not guarantee lifetime free updates on all products.

12. Customised Work and Services

12.1. Any customised, contextualised, edited, branded, or specially developed work prepared specifically for you is non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
